It works as it should.
Has everything you need but when using it on a smaller (nano or pico) tank. Think of a flexible mount and a fixed mount. Also think about the distance between the tank and the wall. If you need to adjust it, you need the distance between the wall and the tank. In general everything is fine, I like it.
