We have been using HotelMINDER for years now, it has proven itself over time as an excellent tool that enables our team members across multiple locations around Canada (including Vancouver) keep track of all reservations at once via their mobile devices! It also allows us access into other systems such like Salesforce so we are able sync up guest information between departments quickly & efficiently without having duplicate data entry or workflows needed throughout different channels/departments within each location - which was always cumbersome before!! The only downside I see right off hand would be if there were any sorta downtime issue going down where they weren't syncing properly but this hasn’t happened yet thankfully. Overall very happy working together through HMLNDEMINEDR-it's helped me reduce my workload by almost half while maintaining efficiency levels high enough not miss out too many details nor loose.
