After owning this brand new product for 6 months, I dropped my iPad in its case from about 60cm in the shower. The hull immediately collapsed, filled with water. My iPad isn't working right now. But to make matters worse, I contacted Catalyst about this and was told they would do nothing - no refund, no replacement, NOTHING. Her advice was to get a new one 🤣 I bought this case for one simple reason: it was to protect against water damage and from falls from 4ft or less. IN THIS LOVELY CASE THE PROBLEM IS NOT THE FIRST TIME. DO NOT BUY THIS CASE, YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY AND END WITH A BROKEN DEVICE AFTER IT DOES NOT WORK AS RECOMMENDED.
