So I bought this product as I was starting to grind my own cheese to speed up the process. The lightness of this item and the quality of the blades are great. However, it has some disadvantages. Hand washing is the easiest way to clean it as I put it in the rinse water in different directions and it still retains standing water when the wash is finished. And the only other bad thing I have to say is that the suction absolutely sucks! I even tried wetting the counter and helping the suction, but it stays on for a full minute and then loses suction. Aside from those two flaws, overall a great product.
