Somehow, the paste that was contained within the syringe dried out in layers, and in between those layers was a brownish liquid. Chewing gum on the exterior, which cannot be smeared on the site, is followed by slurry, which also cannot be smeared on the site. It would appear that the storage requirements have been breached, despite the fact that the paste has not yet reached its expiration date. I'm waiting for a response from Arctic since when such a highly marketed product is purchased for a significant sum of money, the product that is really delivered almost never lives up to the quality of the advertising.
