I ordered this to replace my RO-Ispring water housing which broke in the middle of the night causing a huge flood in my kitchen. This part does not fit my RO water filtration system even though it was listed as compatible. The case looks identical to the original but the carving is different. The water body is not properly screwed to the base. I've tried calling iSpring customer support multiple times. They don't answer the phone and their voicemail is always full. I also tried to email them and got no response. I would not recommend buying any of this company's products. If you have any problems, Zero Customer Service is available. look elsewhere
