I bought a pot grinder because I am converting an old garage into a kennel. It has concrete block walls and a concrete slab that is not smoothed at all. I need to sand down the burrs and bumps left over from pouring the concrete with the hand trowel. I also had to sand the surface of a concrete block that was poorly placed and was preventing the wood siding from attaching to the block surface. how fast it removes concrete. I can't speak to its durability yet because I've only used it a couple of times, I still have that ground to attack. But I'll update this review once I've used it for a while. Four stars so far for efficiency and value. I will upgrade it to 5 runs if it holds up in use.
