Review on 🔒 Kwikset Halo Wi-Fi Smart Lock Keyless Entry Electronic Touchscreen Deadbolt with SmartKey Security, Satin Nickel by Douglas Hall

Even after software and firmware update. This lock is not working properly. The application keeps freezing. I press the unlock button and it spins for a few minutes and sometimes nothing happens. Other times the door opens but the app still displays an unlock attempt and then times out. Notification is delayed or absent from time to time. For example, I open the door (either with the handle manually or via the app or via the touchscreen) and I don't always get a notification OR I get it in a few minutes. I don't need to know after 3 minutes someone opened my door. I have another lock in another house from a company that sounds like NOOGLE and this app notifies me almost instantly (no more than 3 seconds, not 3 minutes like Kwikset). and it probably isn't for me i have 20 days to get this lock back and it will most likely be back until they can improve how the app and hard lock work together. The app is also very, very simple. Doesn't allow options/types of notifications or enabled/disabled I guess it doesn't matter as I don't get them most of the time anyway.
