Great product. I was able to install it in less than 15 minutes. It has a stylish design and looks great on the door. It was easy to set up an account and connect the padlock to my wifi. I don't often write reviews but this product is so bad that I want to warn others. I had two of these devices and both failed completely within a few days of use. The first block got stuck about half the time, and after a few days the entire touchscreen stopped working. Also, the key we remapped using the Kwikset key remapper stopped working for no reason. Even after software and firmware update. This lock is not working properly. The application keeps freezing. I press the unlock button and it spins for a few minutes and sometimes nothing happens. I have three Halo models - 2 with touch screen and 1 with traditional keyboard. The touchscreen model is terrible.
