Review on 🔒 Kwikset Halo Wi-Fi Smart Lock Keyless Entry Electronic Touchscreen Deadbolt with SmartKey Security, Satin Nickel by Patrick Johnson

I don't often write reviews but this product is so bad that I want to warn others. I had two of these devices and both failed completely within a few days of use. The first block got stuck about half the time, and after a few days the entire touchscreen stopped working. Also, the key we remapped using the Kwikset key remapper stopped working for no reason. Something inside the device was wrong. I replaced it with a second device and it was also stuck but would often disconnect from the app or lock up and wouldn't let me control it from the app at all. On the second device, the touchscreen stopped working, but no longer accepted the keycode we set and displayed random numbers. All in all this is a terrible product! Instead I bought Schlage Encode which has the same features and works great!
