Great for lead generation and contact management

I like that it’s integrated with Salesforce so we can keep track all our contacts across multiple teams within an organization as well external leads which is vital when growing any brand into new territories around Australia! It isn't very intuitive initially at least not compared some other CRM's out there but once used correctly its great value proposition if price point matches competitors' products or services offered - this product doesn;t meet those requirements however has good features such customer enquiries tracking etc.

Good software solution overall just need more training/support available via community forums before implementing fully otherwise excellent tool will help grow businesses both internally (team) externally(leads).

  • Social media integration including Twitter posts through @ZUPER_PRO handles for ease in sharing information about your business online
Cons
  • Not user friendly interface
  • Difficulty finding certain key pieces especially during first few days using system
