You can use it on the float caliper

So bought because I usually work a lot on my cars and I have 4 piston and float calipers so it worked great on a pilot honda 2009 only problem, I notice that when you pull back to compress the piston you may have to push down on the sides of the tool to make it roll. That was my only issue, but it worked for what I needed
