I waited 3 weeks to write this review since I wanted to be sure. I have used this treadmill every evening for at least 20 minutes at different speeds. It was easy to assemble. Folds up nicely. But best of all it works! I mainly walk though I have jogged some and this treadmill just keeps on going. I have not used any of the programming, but it is TOO cold to walk outside now and this treadmill is perfect: compact, easy to use, and after 3 weeks of constant use. no issues. All the recommendations are true! A gem!
