The mount is mostly universal. I am using it on a Honda TRX 450r with a stock handlebar and aftermarket 1 1/8" handlebar clamps. The mount is designed to attach to handlebar clamps or to stem mounting bolts. The picture is misaligned and will match not together. I ended up cutting out the center of the bracket and trimming the edges to attach each side of the bracket to the clamp/stem bolts on the underside of the stem.Of course I lost some strength in the bracket in the process, but it still seems strong enough to take a moderate hit with a non-rigid light, except the light's mounting screws are smaller in diameter than the hard light, so I had to use large washers on each side to prevent the Mounting screws come out of the mounting slot Would give it five stars but I think a more versatile mount huh tte could have been made if they had known about the thick bar clamps that many of us use.
