Review on 🌊 Quick Dam QD617-1 Flood Barriers: Ultimate Protection in Black - 1 Pack by Brett Islam

I bought 2 of these to use in our garage in our new house. The wall has cracks and water seeps in when it rains. Well I'm very glad I didn't use them for their intended purpose. Behind the door of our basement is a stairwell with a drain. Little did we know the drain was clogged (we just moved this week!) and I came home with 3 inches of water on the basement floor, flowing from room to room. I was able to use Quick Dams to divert/direct incoming water to a drain throughout the room while I was busy cleaning the rest. A few notes: 1. They are VERY HEAVY when full. It's inconvenient if you need to move them, but that's their intended purpose. 2. They take a long time to dry even if the dehumidifier is on. They are currently sprawled out on the patio getting knocked out in one day more than last month. If I can save them I will or they will be cut open and thrown away next week. 3. You smell. It's not like you notice them when they're in place, but when you move them there is a certain wet, dirty diaper smell. So I will be ordering more with it very soon!
