I have an 8 lb Chorkie and this winter overall is the best. When the temp is in the 30s and 40s with no snow I just wear a coat. When the temperature drops below 30 degrees or when it snows, she puts them on and it keeps her warm during walks. She doesn't tremble and doesn't tend to rush inward when wearing it like she does in another coat. The hood is too big for her small head so I roll it up to keep my neck warm. She can also wear her harness underneath and I hooked the leash through the hood and under the coat. Make sure you measure correctly as the legs can easily slip out if they are too big. Overall I am satisfied with this purchase.
