Not what it looked like.

I bought a small for my 7 lb puppy and it is too small. I can't close it all the way. The color is not red. The color is more like raspberry. If it clicked and was red I would love it. I keep it because it's hard for me to go back.

Pros
  • Delivery was very quick
Cons
  • Big and bulky

Cute but very small

My poodle needed a haircut this winter to keep warm on walks. I wanted something with pants so it worked out well. I had to order twice. It didn't go with the medium at all, so I went with 2xl. Works very little. I had to buy 2-3 sizes bigger but it's cute. It would also fit in size XL.

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • Shelter

Good that the hood is detachable

Very good fit for our young Havanese. She always looks grumpy when we dress her up, but when she's dressed she walks around happily. Except when we put on a hood that totally blinds them! I thought we might have to take off our pants but she tolerates them perfectly. A note: there is no hole for a leash. I used my sewing machine to make a large buttonhole and it worked fine.

Pros
  • Everything is fine!
Cons
  • boring packaging

Very good coat

I love the coat. I have a 7lb Yorkshire and I ordered a small. suits him well He hasn't gotten used to the pants on the jacket yet, but stays warm. I wish the sleeves were a little longer. I didn't like that it was short and difficult for him to walk in at times, but it's a nice coat. The hat is a bit big for his head but I like that they are all removable. I would rate it 8/10

Pros
  • Price
Cons
  • Easy care

Not a winter coat for clothes and accessories

The coat itself is more like a windbreaker. The fleece inside is very thin and doesn't warm at all. This coat is definitely not for winter. Best in spring or early fall. My 2 lb poodle was shivering in this coat 3 minutes after she went to the bathroom in 40 degree weather and I had to take her back inside. Also, the legs are too long and totally useless for her tiny 7 inch body. On the plus side, each piece is detachable, so I can use the coat and hood even in slightly warmer weather. The…

Pros
  • Great price
Cons
  • Some difficulties

My puppy is warm! for cold weather coats

I have an 8 lb Chorkie and this winter overall is the best. When the temp is in the 30s and 40s with no snow I just wear a coat. When the temperature drops below 30 degrees or when it snows, she puts them on and it keeps her warm during walks. She doesn't tremble and doesn't tend to rush inward when wearing it like she does in another coat. The hood is too big for her small head so I roll it up to keep my neck warm. She can also wear her harness underneath and I hooked the leash through the…

Pros
  • Pretty impressive
Cons
  • Good but not great
