I have non-diabetic peripheral neuropathy, and have trouble warming my feet. I spent more than a week reading reviews on all possible foot warming products for my evenings and then consulted my chiropractor/functional neurologist who prefers infrared for me. This pad is perfect for my needs--it folds over so the top of my feet are warmed as well as the bottom. It is very soft, the low temp is plenty warm for me, and I maintain warmth after treatment, which is amazing. I gave it 5 stars for pain relief, but I do not have pain--it is 5 stars for deep warming. It has 3 levels of heat, cuts off at 1 hour, the velvety cover can be washed, and the switch and temp regulation are just one button on the pad itself. I have finally found something that warms my feet, rather than just increase circulation as my other devices do. All the research was worth it and I could not be happier. It will also be valuable if I even have a need for other parts of my body.
