Very knowledgeable and helpful VTA team
The VTA team was very knowledgeable about our business needs. They were able to guide us through many decisions related to implementing new technologies into our system as well as making sure we are taking advantage of existing capabilities that can improve efficiencies throughout the organization. It would be helpful if there could have been some more training around what happens once things go live - how do you make changes/corrections? That seems like something everyone should know but I don't think they did enough explaining at this stage.
Pros
- Able to understand my issues quickly when presented with them in person or over Skype calls, took extra time outside regular hours because knew it wasn’t an emergency issue (so much better than having me come back for help)
Cons
- No ability / process currently defined where someone from IT will call up management so those people who aren't working directly with technology every day get informed
