First of all I had IPL over 10 years ago and I don't have a lot of body hair. However, over time, as my hormone levels shifted, I gave birth to children and grew old - some hair grew while others were found to have "skipped". Anyone who has had an IPL laser knows it's only 70% effective each time, so I'm not mistaken in thinking my hair just won't grow back. It requires constant use and I wouldn't expect real results for at least 18 months of constant use.
