I use them for a quick slim blend every morning. One thing that sometimes happens with Slim Fast is that the powder sticks to the sides of the container in clumps and the milk can't break through with normal shaking, so you have to stick a spoon in to mix it thoroughly. . Thanks to the included small ball mixer, this is no longer a problem. The only thing I would change is the size. It says 20 oz but the measurements on the side only go up to 12/14 oz. Since Slim Fast comes in 8 ounce servings I can only guess where the 16 ounces are for 2 servings. I'm pretty sure they hold 16oz MAX, I don't see how it can be 20oz.
