I bought this mug for my protein shakes. The shaker ball is amazing! Much easier than trying to mix protein powder in milk or water. I like that the mug has lines to measure the liquid. I've been using this mug for almost a year and haven't had any problems with it. The seal has worked great so far and I haven't had any problems with the lid. This bottle can be thrown in the freezer if you're like me and love keeping your protein shakes ice cold.

Does what it should. Bought based on other reviews and unfortunately didn't use any other brands to compare but I would recommend these for use with whey/protein powder. I use them for a quick slim blend every morning. One thing that sometimes happens with Slim Fast is that the powder sticks to the sides of the container in clumps and the milk can't break through with normal shaking, so you have to stick a spoon in to mix it thoroughly. .
