Bought at a 4WD shop spinning in a box like they charge more juice than they give. I took out the hard drive, it's Hitachi HGST HUA722010CLA330, not a bad hard drive. The hard drive spins up normally in a regular desktop computer, so I thought, well, the box is bad. I put another used hard drive in the box, it works fine. so i'm confused One can certainly understand why it was returned. The drive has 0 hours and was made on 03/2018, I will probably have to find another home for it. --> awGuru.com EDIT: After further testing, the PSU turned out to be a piece of junk, it is rated at 2 amps/12v, but is unable to power the drive at 0.46 amps. I used my old WD power supply which was only rated for 1.5 amps/12 volts and everything worked as it should. It seems all the reviews that say these things come with crappy power supplies are correct.
