I've only had a few hours new airbox; I am updating my review after sleeping on it for a few weeks. I have a Comfortaire queen size mattress that started leaking a few weeks ago. My attempts to find and fix the leak were unsuccessful, so I bought this replacement REM chamber (and a new REM pump). The 72x52 size fits perfectly and is easy to assemble after removing the old mattress. Plug instructions are simple but easy to misread; I got it wrong at first, but it wasn't hard to fix. After a few hours it maintains the correct pressure; I'll get back to you in a few weeks with more information. REM airbags are a cost-effective way to extend the life of air mattress-style beds.
