Works very well for me. Hangs every two or three weeks, had to restart. I put it in a cool place, not a worm place. I aired it 24/7. If I didn't have to reboot I would buy another one and give it 5 stars. Okay, I was able to turn up the volume I needed. I bought this encoder on August 11, 2018. Today, 07/01/2020, 2 years later, it produced a one-second black image every 10-15 seconds with a one-second pause. Sound. I have contacted Iseevy, they are working on troubleshooting until it works again. I felt like Iseevy stands behind their product. Now I can highly recommend your product. They have updated with the new firmware, I hope the freezing problem will be solved as well. I used to get 4 STARS now I give them 5 STARS for their service. This encoder works better than before, the video and audio streaming quality is very good.
