Ports work but PD is not reliable

The hub is well made, looks good, the connectors work except for the PD connector which is very unreliable. I have to try to connect/disconnect the USB-C charger multiple times before the computer recognizes that the charger is connected. And sometimes when I unplug the charger, the computer still thinks it's charging. Something is wrong with the power delivery mechanism of this hub. Returned this and bought a UtechSmart B07KYL58Q1 hub that works quite well.
