For those who are considering choosing because others say the bristles are stiff: I bought this product because others Reviewers have complained that the bristles are too hard and that's exactly what I was looking for; however, they are not rigid at all. They are only slightly stiffer than those available in the supermarket. I have kids and want something that will easily remove chocolate milk residue from the crevices of glasses that don't make it to the kitchen in time. And I don't want to rub for a long time. In short I want something for deep cleaning and am thrilled that a good stiff brush is so hard to find. Well, my search continues.
