WAYYYY better than the original filter that came with my Vick humidifier. This filter is thick, durable and easy to use. The original filter was about 1/3 thicker than this and literally folded up when placed in the car. total pos. Also, the original had an awful smell and I had to soak the damn thing in water and vinegar to kill the smell in order to use it. You won't regret buying this filter as it blows the Vick filter out of the water from all sides. And best of all: NO SMELL, unlike the original filter that came with the machine. I will definitely buy it again for the life of the car. No complaints here!
