Beautifully and nicely packaged but 100% defective

Seven of the seven bulbs replaced did not work. These are replacement bulbs for the exact string lights I have, they screw in fully and securely but NOTHING. It's very awkward calling Revane about this (and waiting more than ten minutes). However, I'm grateful they didn't ask me to send it back to the seller. If for any reason these replacement bulbs will ONLY work with a cord manufactured and sold by the same company then this must be stated in the description.
