Well packaged, looks good, feels good, worth the price.
Better than expected as I could see it extends the life of the bike as owners report 300,000 miles. Beware of the silver panels that wrap around the bottom, they have been known to pop out during shipping so I just put them back in place now they are flush and I never have to deal with misalignment or locking issues.
