Compared to other size 4 Stride Rite shoes I've bought, this particular pair feels 1/4-1/2 big for my little one . The overall quality of the shoe is excellent. The white sole is thicker and more non-slip, and the strap is longer than necessary for growing feet. They are a matte light brown color with matte gold trimmings and toes.
