I like that they are very flexible when it comes time for training new hires. Their customer service is top notch! They have been able to customize our program in order to fit what we need as well. Sometimes their support team can be difficult if you don't provide all of your information upfront so make sure everything is documented or else things could get messy at times. We use this software because of its ability to connect with payroll services which was not possible before using them. This has helped us track employee hours more accurately than ever before and helps keep everyone informed about any changes made within our pay period.
