Okay, I have an update on this item! I received this item on 08/14/18, size XL, and I immediately put it to use! After two weeks, I can now order a smaller size, Large! This waist trainer has proven to be better than my last waist trainer, because it doesn’t roll up on you, there’s no holes in it to rip in between the holes and there’s no wires poking me in my sides! It’s very comfortable to fit, to the point you forget you even have it on! One major suggestion though, when I first got it, it had a strange smell to it, like a rubber smell, and when you begin to sweat it will cause you to itch profusely! By the second day, I hand washed it with some mild detergent and baking soda and hung it up to dry! The next day when I put it on, no more itching! Also, make sure you’re drinking plenty of water when you’re wearing this item, because of you sweating, you will begin to feel dehydrated! Great product! Great results with exercise & step aerobics!
