I have replaced a lot of hoses on my truck and the clamps that came with some lines for things like radiator overflow were completely rusted for some reason. I was able to replace them from this kit with no problems. The series are thicker and stronger and will hopefully last longer. I've also used a few of these to attach clamps to lawnmower fuel lines. I have always ridden without clamps on the lines because the old ones also rust.
