Review on Grit Seed by Jason Regalado

We have been using this tool for our chatbot project to get feedback from customers about their satisfaction with us by giving them surveys through an email link or SMS text message after they interact in one of many ways that we can design into it (website visitations etc). The ease at which you are able configure your own survey is great as well! There's nothing I dislike so far but if there were something better than how easy was set up then maybe - just think outside-the box :) Have used grit seed extensively since last year when i joined my current organization where am working now has started implementing its use within different departments/projects here too!!
