Great bargain. Quick delivery. Very easy to sew on to make covers for my outdoor furniture but it is not waterproof. My furniture was soaked and it wasn't even directly In the rain. I had some store bought covers that worked perfect so I ordered the same fabric--canvas Fabric Waterproof Outdoor 600 Denier Outdoor / indoor PU Backing. There was no backing. They look very nice, but disappointed that it didn't keep the furniture dry. Will have to find a different kind of material.
