This is a regular face mask, this is my third mask and it has the worst ventilation of the three I've bought, it's just too heavy on the face and when it's on the face, normal breathing nose-mouth part gets wet after about 20 minutes. It's a good mask, but only when you're going in and out of the house or car. It should NOT be used outdoors for more than 30 minutes as the ventilation it provides causes a lot of moisture. I will buy another one next time. I'm the one who swears by these kinds of masks. Just not"this brand". I LOVE AMAZON! BUT honesty and fairness is not this mask
