It was great, everything worked but a firmware update stopped everything.

I bought this device, it worked perfectly. The app needed an update, it did. I tried reconnecting the valve controller, the valve needed new firmware. 10 minutes ha! 5 hours later it was just blinking. Then the light came on, tried to connect again, but nothing. Wrote support, tried different things, nothing. They said they would contact me for a replacement unit. 2 weeks later still nothing. Sent them an email, no reply.
