This was one of the most annoying products I have ever bought. I'm a big Hugh fan, but it was awful. The power supply is bad. The kit includes 2 lamps and only 1 power supply with 3 connectors and proprietary connectors. Want to place these lights more than 4 feet apart? This is not possible because both must be connected to the same power source and the socket must be right in between. Do you want to buy an additional power supply? They don't sell it! If you buy an additional light, either no power supply is included or you have 3 lights and only 2 power supplies. I don't understand why these lamps can't have a standard plug on everyone. I was trying 4-5 placements in my living room that would probably work with this terrible power supply setup when I finally decided I couldn't support such a terrible product design choice and had to return it. They're only useful if you want to mount them on the back of your TV and have a well-placed outlet. Buy standard Hue light bulbs and find a lamp that will fit you.
