Wave-point Micro Sun 6" 8 watt is a great lamp for my old 6 gallon Eclipse nano tank. I Would give it 5 stars but it doesn't have a switch for the light. The light clamp is a full 0.5" wide so it slides easily over the black plastic rim of the tank. 8 watts seems to be just enough for fish and plants. My parsing was a bit scary at first but they are getting used to it all over the world. :) My Aquarium: Old Eclipse 6 gallon hoodless Internal Tetra mesh filter (hope to switch to a sponge filter if my RCS ever goes berry) 7 Harlequin Rasbora 6 RCS Lots of Snails 3 Moss Balls Marimo 2 Java Fern Java Moss A kind of sword I bought from got Petco
