I love that catalogue can be used as an online platform to engage with your audience through social media channels (such as Instagram), but also for traditional marketing campaigns such as advertising or events! The team are incredibly friendly & helpful - they really do listen when you have something specific going wrong within their system which makes them stand out from other software providers we've worked alongside of. Some people may find it difficult using this initially due to how different its format compared to more common website platforms like Wordpress etc., however once use has gotten over any initial hiccups there's nothing better than having direct access to all my customers at one place rather than constantly sending emails / texts/ calls around various departments throughout our organisation.
