Trouble: 1. There were no instructions in the instructions for assembling deco balls, I had to guess. I have developed a system to speed up the process. The square hooks are used to hang the balls at the end of the fan. 2. My husband had to read the description on Amazon, find the battery type (A23) for the remote control and buy it from the store. 3. There is a circuit connected to the fan that is not mentioned in the instructions. We assumed it was used to support the fan during installation, but it didn't tell us what to do with it. Cut or delete. 4. We didn't know it used an international bulb (E14) until we started installing it, so be sure to buy it in advance. The results have paid off.
