Dries quickly yes but it's smooth too!
I ueed the glue to tack on the printed paper pieces with the lemons printed on it. I paint white polish on the back and cut them out. I've tried many methods and gluess to hold them on until I get the 2 coats of gel top coat on.Most dry and thicken up or create texture. This glue dried flat and quickly! No texture and smooth!I would highly recommend this for any nail use!
