I bought this to be able to work on the couch at school or to paint with diamonds in bed. I have a bad back so this lap table helped me a lot. It's the perfect height and light weight so I can easily move it to where I need it. It even works well for my kid to use for school activities. Not too big, not too small. The legs don't move easily, so you don't have to worry about accidentally tipping over during use.
