Very beautiful! suitable for women
I wore it for a photo shoot and it turned out so cute! I paired it with the rhinestone bodysuit pictured above! I'm short (5'1") and the heels I had were about 4" tall. The waistband was loose and elastic, but not too tight, and the skirt needed to lift from the down to make her look like a princess.
