Doesn't look new to me.

The switch I received looked good and was in nice new packaging but it looked like it had already been used. The tire bolt had marks when removed from the tire. Also, the rating sticker was torn and partially missing, which would not be the case with a truly new switch. When you buy a used hammer you must be told that it is a used hammer and that you are paying the price of a used hammer.
