Well today I hung the curtains and the bedroom is almost done. Ever since I got Lyme disease my bedroom has become my sanctuary and I wanted it to be as fun as possible. After years of using a different blanket, Greenland Home decided it was time to replace it. The comfort, washability, feel, color and weight of their quilted bedspreads can't be beat. I have another one on the way that I will use as a blanket under this one. Both are king size and I have a very high double bed. And I don't want to use a feather duster. That's why I use two spreads. The other is flipped over and used as a dust feather (might be slightly visible below, but is easier to remove and wash than a traditional dust feather. So if you want something that's easy to clean and take with you to your bedroom. This spread is for you :). I also have a few fluffy babies who love to sleep in their cribs. I ordered a blanket and can take it off if needed and just wash it. Also, I think curtains add a lot. Since I have a king bed (actually 2) and a queen bed, I have more pillowcases than I need. One is great for my chair and the others I'm going to make some throw pillows for my bed.
