Review on ๐ŸงŠ AO Coolers Stow-N-Go Portable Cooler by Richard Payne

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Good quality, light.

I use this cooler in the front trunk of my Tesla Model 3 and I love it! When I'm on the go I want the cool box to be easily accessible and not tucked away in the back along with the rest of my gear. This fridge is not too deep, so all your items are easily visible and accessible without having to dig to the bottom. I lined the barrel with foil/bubble insulation that comes in rolls and cut with scissors. This fridge takes up about 2/3 of the fridge space, leaving room for bread, fruit, and other perishables that don't (or shouldn't) be stored in ice water. The foil/bubble insulated interior keeps fruit and bread cool outside of the fridge, and fridge ice packs stay at 75-80 degrees Fahrenheit for two days, keeping everything in ice water. I use 2 large flat Cooler Shock ice packs standing upright and place food/beverage between the packs. The trunk is naturally cooler than the interior of most cars because it doesn't get warm from a hot petrol engine and there are no windows, so the ice lasts a long time. The cooler is well made with high-quality, odor-free materials and I keep the inside clean by storing food and drinks in plastic grocery bags. It held up better than I expected without breaking, but I wouldn't recommend it for use where you need to wear it long distances. A larger/narrower cooler is better suited for this as it sits closer to your body. But even short trips to and from the car are no problem. The zipper is big and strong and closes well in the corners (but you may need to align the corners a little to make the zipper close smoothly).
