Easy uploading of resumes/CV's (even from smartphones).

I can easily track applications that have been submitted by candidates using this platform so it makes recruitment easy for me! It is very expensive compared other platforms out there but worth every single penny if your looking at cost effectiveness - we are currently paying over £500 per month just in cloud storage alone!! If you're considering switching away then think about whether or not they offer any additional features which could be beneficial? We use their application management system specifically when hiring new staff members who need training etc., however these benefits aren't always useful depending how much work each person does within our organisation- hence why i've only mentioned some examples where its used effectively rather than giving an example of something specific i dislike :) Great product though once set up correctly; saves time having multiple databases open across different systems.
