Anyway the colors of my tank are bright. With no timer there are 3 lighting modes. Morning/afternoon, noon and evening. For some reason, when you use the timer, you can only use noon and night. Some kind of crap. I'm not sure why there are 3 options when you can only use two. Received my light and it worked as it should. Looks refurbished. I contacted the seller, they responded very quickly. But he seems to think it was damage in transit. I have tried to make it clear that the box is in excellent condition. The lamp had light scratches or fingerprints. And on top was a very small chip. I asked for a partial refund but never received anything. But the light works great. Just disappointed that it wasn't "brand new". For beginners, this flashlight is still worth the money. Make sure you have a glass cover, avoid moisture on this light fixture as much as possible. If you have the cash, we recommend purchasing the Fluval 3.0 Marine. With a budget like mine, this light definitely fits.
